Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by G.T. Plumbing Works ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By hiring or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Scope of Services
G.T. Plumbing Works offers plumbing services including, but not limited to, pipe installation, leak repairs, drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, and emergency plumbing support. Specific services will be outlined in the job agreement or invoice.
Estimates and Pricing
All service estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances.
Final costs will be detailed in the invoice provided upon completion of the work.
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by the Company.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure clear access to the work area and disclose any relevant information about the plumbing system.
G.T. Plumbing Works is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by undisclosed conditions or obstructions.
Warranty and Liability
G.T. Plumbing Works provides a warranty on labor and materials for 30 days from the date of service, unless specified otherwise.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering by the customer.
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
Emergency Services
Emergency services are provided subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for after-hours or urgent service requests.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, G.T. Plumbing Works’ liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for damages beyond the scope of our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.
Amendments
G.T. Plumbing Works reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official website or other appropriate channels.
